Official election notices and documents are posted here as they are adopted or received — Orders of Election, Notices of Election, Early Voting Ballot Board convening notices, Logic & Accuracy testing notices, sample ballots, candidate filings, and result reports. Primary elections are administered by each political party; party notices are posted as this office receives them.
Printing sample ballots
Under Texas Election Code § 52.008, sample ballots printed for anything other than personal use must be printed on yellow paper. To determine your election precinct, check the left side of your voter registration certificate — your ballot depends on your residential address and its district boundaries.
